. Shares the information and experience of İş Private Equity with the investee companies in which it invests in, in the most appropriate manner according to their needs.
. Assists investee companies grow by providing guidance in the course of their businesses through its experience and some rights given to the company.
. Assists in specifying intra-organizational policies and procedures and bringing these into written form with the purpose of improving the organizational structure in companies to which it is a partner.
. Takes any precautions that would prevent conflicts of interests.
. Displays the maximum effort to prepare, publish, publicize and present data to those authorities requesting data in a correct, complete, timely and understandable manner.
. Allows shareholders to access information about the company in a timely manner and at the minimum cost.
. Accepts and views each employee of the company equally within the organization's structure and provides them with a fair and reliable environment to work in.
. Protects employee rights as set out in the relevant laws.
. Carries out performance analysis to determine the extent to which the targets given to employees have been met.
